The Challenge
Port of Call Duty Free is a destination retail store at Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston. In person, the experience was premium. Online, it was nearly invisible.
Travelers passing through had no easy way to discover products, reserve items ahead of their flight, or engage with the brand before arriving at the airport. There was no meaningful social presence, no e-commerce, and no way to capture the attention of a high-intent, time-limited audience.
They needed a partner who could build the entire digital side of the business — not just post occasionally, but architect a presence that matched the quality of the in-store experience.
Our Approach
We designed and developed a clean, fast website that showcased the full product range — liquor, fragrances, leather goods — built around the way airport shoppers actually browse.
We built a custom reserve-and-collect flow so travelers could order online and pick up before boarding — turning a passive store into a pre-flight shopping destination.
We developed an ongoing content strategy — product features, brand storytelling, and campaigns — that built genuine engagement, not just follower counts.
Every piece of content was produced to reflect the quality of the brand — elevated photography, refined typography, and a visual identity that travelers trust.
